Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PlaySuper! The Terms and Conditions ("Terms") contained herein along with the Privacy Policy are a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you" or "your") and PlaySuper ("Company," or "we," or "our" or "us") regarding your use of the PlaySuper's platform ("Platform") and services through the Platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read the following carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or otherwise use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Agreement" shall mean these Terms contained herein along with the Privacy Policy including other Terms at any other portals of PlaySuper. It will also include references to this Agreement as and when amended, supplemented, varied, or replaced, from time to time.
  • "Vendor/Seller/Third-party shopping websites" shall mean any brand or business that partners with PlaySuper to offer discount coupons on the Platform. These Vendors provide coupons that users can purchase using their in-game points or coins.
  • "User/Customer/Buyer" shall mean an individual who plays games on partnered gaming platforms, earns points or coins, and uses those accumulated points to purchase discount coupons through the integrated reward store. This person engages with the gaming content and eventually becomes the end consumer of the discount coupons offered by various brands.
  • "Platform" shall mean a white-label service provider that integrates a reward system with Gaming Studios. The Platform enables users to redeem points or coins earned through gameplay in lieu of discount coupons from various brands, operating behind the scenes and managing data collection.
  • "Gaming Studio" shall mean those companies or entities that develop, own or operate the non-real money mobile games/applications in which the Platform is integrated. These Gaming Studios are responsible for managing the gameplay experience, including how and when users earn points or coins. The Gaming Studio has full control over the proportionality rate at which these points or coins can be redeemed for discount coupons, allowing them to tailor the rewards to suit their user engagement strategies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Platform, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies on our Platform. This Agreement is a binding document, and you are responsible for ensuring you understand and comply with all the Terms set forth.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you agree that: (i) you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use PlaySuper or you must have parental or guardian consent; (ii) you are not already restricted by PlaySuper from using our services; (iii) you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration and User Information

To use features of the PlaySuper Platform, you must register an account by providing your mobile number and verifying your identity through an OTP sent to your phone. User registration on the Platform is mandatory. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as necessary.

It is particularly important to keep the email address associated with your account current because, although you may be able to log into the Platform using an old email address, you will not be able to receive messages from us.

Following registration, we will create an account for you and assign you, or allow you to select, a password. You must keep your password confidential. You will be responsible for all use of your password, including, without limitation, any use by any unauthorized third party. You must notify us immediately if you believe your password may be used by any unauthorized person or entity. For security purposes, we recommend you change your password often. Under no circumstance should you respond to a request for your password. Our employees will never ask for your password. You must notify us immediately if you receive such a request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of this website if we believe that your password is being used without your permission or otherwise in a manner that may disrupt the Platform.

5. Use of the Platform

Users can earn points or coins by engaging in games that integrate with the PlaySuper rewards system. Points accumulate over time and can be redeemed within the game's reward store. Points can be exchanged for discount coupons in the in-game reward store on the Platform. Authentication is required for redemption, which involves verifying your identity through an OTP sent to your phone. Users must comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform.

6. Online Purchases

The Platform simply acts as a place where Users can obtain services for buying coupons. Thus, PlaySuper serves as a mediator for such transactions and all business / contractual conditions are provided by and agreed upon between users and the Vendor exclusively. You agree, comprehend, and recognize that the Platform serves as a venue for users to purchase a carefully selected list of deals, coupons, and additional discounts using coins/points. Once a User selects the best deal on the Platform, the transaction between the user and PlaySuper concludes. You also agree and recognize that the Platform cannot guarantee the quality and merchantability of the products bought using the deals/coupons acquired, and PlaySuper explicitly disclaims any warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, regarding the quality, safety, and merchantability of the products bought with the deals/coupons.

PlaySuper serves as a facilitator and intermediary but does not have any involvement or control over transactions between the Vendor/Seller and the Customer/Buyer. PlaySuper will not be responsible or held accountable for handling any conflicts or disagreements between Users and Vendors. PlaySuper is not responsible for any actions or lack of actions by Vendors/Sellers, or for any violations of conditions, representations, or warranties by the Vendor. You also agree to access the services on this Platform and make transactions at your own risk, using caution and good judgment before engaging in any transactions. It is recommended to carefully review the deal description before placing an order. When you purchase a Deal through coins/points, you accept the terms of sale outlined in the deal's description.

7. Revenue Model

PlaySuper earns revenue through cost-per-redirection fees, commissions on successful coupon sales, as well as cost per distribution and cost per impression models. Users can enjoy access to these services without incurring any charges.

8. Modifications to Terms

PlaySuper reserves the right to modify, add, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and the date of the last revision will be noted. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. The Terms that were in place when you used the Platform will continue to apply until the new Terms of Service are posted. We have the ability to change, pause, stop, or limit the use of any part of the content without warning or responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual or user for any reason, at any given time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to transfer rights and responsibilities outlined in this Agreement to any affiliate, subsidiary, or business unit, as well as any affiliated companies, divisions, or entities that may acquire the Company or its assets.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not try to access the Platform using any method other than the interface given by PlaySuper. Deep-linking, robots, spiders, or any automated tools to access, copy, or monitor any portion of the Platform is not allowed. For removal of doubt, reproducing or copying the content for commercial or non-commercial use, as well as making unnecessary changes to the data and information on the Platform, is not allowed. You are prohibited from cutting, copying, distributing, modifying, recreating, reverse engineering, disseminating, or creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any information or software obtained from the Platform. You acknowledge that you will not host, showcase, alter, send, edit, or distribute any information from the Platform that violates a patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

10. Liability and Indemnity

PlaySuper shall not be liable for any actions, breaches of conditions, or representations made by third-party vendors. Users transact at their own risk and should exercise prudent judgment.

Users agree to indemnify and hold PlaySuper and affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any direct or indirect claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We may remove content that, in our sole discretion, appears to infringe the intellectual property rights of others or that is otherwise inappropriate for use on the Platform. In addition, we will terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that a user of the Platform has infringed your intellectual property rights, please notify the company's Intellectual Property Agent, and provide the following information: (a) the physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner; (b) identification of the right claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material, including the URL where the allegedly infringing material appears; (d) your name, address, telephone number and email address; (e) a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.

All content of the Platform, including, but not limited to, artwork, graphics, images, illustrations, photographs, text, video, audio clips, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of the Company, it affiliates, or third parties who have licensed the materials to us. All content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws of India and other countries. The Platform in its entirety including, without limitation, the design, layout, selection, coordination, and enhancement of the content, is protected by all copyright and applicable trade dress laws. All worldwide right, title, and interest are reserved.

The Platform and its contents are intended solely for your personal, noncommercial use in order to view and purchase merchandise and participate in the programs that we offer (the "Permitted Use") and subject to these Terms and Conditions, you may use the Platform only for the Permitted Use. You may not access, use, download, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from, sell, or exploit in any way the contents of the Platform, or any related software, or any part thereof for any other purpose whatsoever. You may download or electronically copy and print any page contents displayed on the Platform for the Permitted Use only and no rights to those materials are transferred to you by such copying. Software used on this Platform is the property of the Company or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

12. Privacy and Data Disclosure

PlaySuper collects user data to improve the user experience. This data may be shared in an anonymized form with gaming studios for targeted advertising and engagement. We reserve the right to disclose any information, including user identity, to law enforcement or other government officials if deemed necessary in our sole discretion. This may include disclosures in response to lawful court orders or subpoenas. In accordance with applicable law and Our Privacy Policy, we have the right to use the data provided to us indefinitely for various purposes, such as promotion and advertising, in any media, without any obligation to compensate You. All information collected from Users is subject to PlaySuper's Privacy Policy.

13. Cashbacks and Offers

PlaySuper has the authority to include, cancel, or remove any cashbacks or offers at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

14. User Conduct and Violation of Terms

Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Any violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your account and access to the Platform. PlaySuper disclaims all liabilities arising from any user-generated content that may be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Users can report such content via email to enquiries@playsuper.club.

15. Termination/Suspension

PlaySuper can choose to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time without prior notice for any violation of the Terms. Your ability to access the PlaySuper Platform will end immediately if it is terminated or suspended. The User acknowledges that PlaySuper has the right to end the User's access to the Platform without warning in certain situations. Reasons for termination may consist of requests from enforcement agencies or government entities, potential legal responsibilities, violation of third-party intellectual property rights, actions that go against our policies, or harassment towards our employees, among other things.

16. Disclaimers

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. PlaySuper disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The user recognizes that PlaySuper is only serving as a facilitator between the gaming studios and the vendors to provide highest quality services. PlaySuper cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functions on this platform, or that defects will be fixed, or that the Platform and servers are free of viruses. However, PlaySuper will strive to ensure the user's utmost satisfaction.

PlaySuper is not liable for the Platform being unavailable during maintenance or unplanned access suspensions due to technical reasons or reasons beyond our control.

The users agree and recognize that we are not responsible for the operation of other shopping websites you use when selecting the right coupon. We will not be responsible for any transaction or voucher that is cancelled or made invalid by third-party shopping websites/vendors. We will not be responsible for any of the products sold or services provided by third-party shopping sites. We will not be involved in any purchase issues, as the third-party shopping sites will be responsible for handling them. The users must adhere to the shopping website's terms of service and privacy policy for all sales, products, services, and other issues. We are not affiliated with them in any way. It is highly recommended that you review their terms of service and privacy policy before making any purchases.

17. Relationship

This Agreement, notices, and User's access to the Platform do not create a partnership between the User and PlaySuper, and no party can bind or act as the agent of the other. However, it should be mentioned that if the User allows PlaySuper and its agents to access specified third-party sites to retrieve information, they will be considered to have appointed PlaySuper and its agents as their representatives for this purpose.

18. Communication with Users

PlaySuper has the authority to contact Users concerning this Platform and their utilization of it, as well as any product or service bought by Users on this Platform.

19. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws of India, without reference to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlaySuper regarding the use of the Platform, surpassing any previous understandings or agreements (verbal or written), which can only be changed in writing or by updating on this Platform.

21. Severability

If a court or other competent authority deems a provision of these Terms to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the rest of the provisions will remain valid. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, deleting part of it to make it lawful or enforceable will result in that part being deemed deleted, while the rest of the provision will remain in effect.

22. Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver, and PlaySuper's failure to assert any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

Please submit the following details in your complaint if there is an infringement of copyright:

  • Identification of the copyrighted material that is alleged to have been infringed

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE nationwide shipping via different trustworthy logistic partners. Please note that we require 1 (One) to 5 (Five) business days on an average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your region, estimated delivery time is between 3 (Three) to 5 (Five) business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

At PlaySuper (PlaySuper Software Solutions Private Limited), we work with different brands from all over the country to get their products delivered to you. Due to the nature of the shipping business days, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

1. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or a text message, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 (One) to 3 (Three) business days for tracking information to show.

2. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at enquiries@playsuper.club, if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. Returns

In case you are not satisfied with the product. We will book a return for you and get the product picked up in case the area is serviceable. In case the area is not serviceable, we will request you to ship the product to us on the official address provided, in the same condition. We will reimburse you the actual cost of the courier. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

4. Lost / Stolen Packages

PlaySuper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on your Tracking Link. Returns & Cancellations Policy

PlaySuper enables users to redeem in-game coins for physical products and brand coupons via our integrated reward stores. This Returns & Cancellations Policy applies only to physical goods purchased via our platform.

1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

  • Users can cancel an order only before it has been shipped.
  • To cancel, email us at enquiries@playsuper.club or raise a cancellation request from your order history in the game interface (if supported).
  • Upon successful cancellation, redeemed coins will be refunded to the user's in-game wallet within 3–5 business days.

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  • You may still be eligible for a return under Section 2.

2. Returns & Replacements

Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • It was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  • It is not the item you ordered.
  • It is missing parts or accessories as mentioned in the product description.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Consumables (e.g., food, beauty, or hygiene products).
  • Freebies, giveaways, or products marked "final sale".
  • Size or color mismatch where specifications were clearly mentioned.

Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery by writing to enquiries@playsuper.club with order ID, issue details and photos of the product and packaging.

Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, a pickup will be arranged at the original delivery address.
  • Product must be returned in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, the return will be cancelled.

Replacement or Refund

  • If eligible, we will ship a replacement (subject to availability).
  • If a replacement isn't available, we will refund the coins used for the order within 5–7 business days of item pickup and verification.
  • No cash or UPI refunds will be issued; refunds are processed as in-game coin reversals.

3. Delivery Issues

Delay in Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. Delays caused by logistics partners or natural events are beyond PlaySuper's control.
  • If an order remains undelivered beyond 15 days, users may request a cancellation and coin refund.

Lost Shipments

  • If the courier partner marks the order as "delivered" but you have not received it, report it within 24 hours of the delivery mark.
  • We will conduct a verification and update you within 5 working days.

5. Abuse of Policy

  • Users found abusing the returns process may have their access to redemptions suspended, and in-game coins may be forfeited.
  • Repeat abuse will lead to account bans.

Refund Policy

We are an intermediary between the purchaser and the seller. The window of return shall depend on the product and shall be specified as per the product purchased. There may be certain products which are not eligible for a return. For products which are eligible for a return, the refund policy is as follows:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@playsuper.club. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address advised by the support representative.

In case your location is not supported by a courier company for return pick-up, you can send the item back to us by a courier of your choice and we will reimburse you for courier charges as per the amount confirmed by support representative on email.

1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can also consider taking the item to authorized service center of the respective brand at your location to get immediate support OR call the brand's support helpline.

2. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@playsuper.club. In case the item is non-refundable as per seller policy, we will ship you a replacement.

5. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of prepaid orders before shipment, we process the refund within 2–7 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

6. Returns and Replacement Policies

Large Appliances & Smart Phones

  • Eligibility: Smartphones, mobile devices and large appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, etc., are not eligible for return. However, they will be replaced if a valid issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Valid Issues: We accept replacement requests only for products with manufacturing defects or damages that occur during transit, physical damage, or wrong or missing items in the packaging. Please ensure to inspect your device/appliance thoroughly upon delivery.
  • Timely Reporting: If you encounter any issues with your items, report them to our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. Late reporting may not be eligible for replacement.
  • Return Procedure: To request a replacement, contact our customer support team via the provided channels, and they will guide you through the process, including necessary documentation and scheduling a replacement.
  • Condition for Replacement: To be eligible for replacement, the items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact. Our team will inspect the product during the replacement process.
